Cynthia Debra is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry with a strong background in restaurant management and customer service. Currently serving as a Restaurant Supervisor at The Local Grill since April 2022, Cynthia previously worked as a waitress at Mugg & Bean starting in September 2018, where responsibilities included taking orders, upselling, and providing menu recommendations. Prior experience includes roles as a waitress and shift leader at Nairobi Java House from April 2012 to August 2017, and as a waitress at Sarova Stanley Hotel, Norfolk Hotel from June 2010 to June 2011, focusing on outside catering. Cynthia began their career as an intern at Muthaiga Golf Club in early 2010 after completing a degree in Food and Beverage Management at Kenya Utalii College in 2010.
