Jørgen van Beek currently serves as Afdelingshoofd at MUG Ingenieursbureau, focusing on bodemkwaliteit en archeologie since August 2023. Simultaneously, Jørgen holds the position of Manager versterking Eemsdelta stedelijk gebied at Nationaal Coordinator Groningen, a role initiated in May 2022. Jørgen's extensive career includes serving as Vestigingsmanager RAAP Noord-Nederland at RAAP Archeologisch Adviesbureau from March 2005 to May 2022, overseeing operations, acquisitions, and personnel policies. Previous experience also includes advising on archeology at Grontmij, working as a project coordinator at ARC Groningen, and roles in software testing at KPN and as an archeological medewerker.
