David Barker is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in pavements and geotechnical engineering. Currently serving as Principal (Pavements) and Civil Team Leader at EIC Activities since November 2015, David has previously held the role of Senior Engineer - Pavements at Coffey International Ltd from July 1997 to November 2015, where responsibilities included serving as a Principal Geotechnical Engineer and managing laboratory operations as a NATA signatory. David holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Newcastle, completed between 1994 and 1998. Special interests include pavements, bridge foundations, and earthworks.
