Séverine Rohner currently serves as the Global People and Organisational Development Lead at Adnovum, responsible for strategic direction and operational execution across various HR domains, including Learning & Development, Talent Management, and culture initiatives. Prior to this role, Séverine was the Leiterin HR Grundlagen & Personalentwicklung at Bundesverwaltungsgericht, focusing on team leadership and the implementation of HR development processes. As Head of Talent Development at PwC Switzerland, Séverine led initiatives in performance management and developed award-winning leadership programs. With earlier experience as a Learning and Development Manager and Fachexpertin Personalentwicklung at Universitätsspital Zürich, Séverine has extensive expertise in organizational development and coaching. Séverine holds multiple degrees, including a MAS in Ausbildungsmanagement and a coaching certification from Solutionsurfers®.
