Rayomé Soupiset has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rayomé started their career as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy in May 1987 and served until April 1992. Following their military service, they joined Consolidated Systems, Inc. in April 1992 as a Sales professional and worked there until May 1998. In March 1998, Rayomé joined Doublecote LLC as the Vice President of Sales and held the position until May 2001. Rayomé then moved on to Mueller, Inc. as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in May 2001 and eventually became the Chief Executive Officer in May 2022.

Rayomé Soupiset attended the United States Naval Academy from 1983 to 1987, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Their studies primarily focused on computer science and general engineering.
