Sa'ad Khader is an experienced professional in customer service and account management with a career spanning over 16 years. Currently serving as a Senior Key Account Manager at Mueen Human Resources Company since February 2020, Sa'ad previously held the position of Head of Customer Care at SAED from March 2016 to February 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations and addressing customer concerns promptly. Prior to that, Sa'ad worked as a Customer Service Manager at Safmarine from July 2007 to July 2016, managing customer service operations across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Yemen, and handling tasks such as performance appraisal and staff training.
