Connor Mathias has a diverse background in education and outdoor activities, currently serving as an Admission Counselor at Fort Lewis College since July 2024. Concurrently, Connor works at The Riveter Climbing Gym and Bike Park as part of the climbing gym crew and as a Wilderness Instructor for Muddy Sneakers. Previous experience includes roles as an In-field Supervisor/Master Level Field Instructor in Wilderness Therapy and Team Lead Guest Experience at the Indianapolis Zoo. Earlier positions include Retail Specialist at REI and Banquet Worker with the Knights of Columbus. Connor holds a Master's degree in Experiential and Outdoor Education from Western Carolina University and a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Indiana University Indianapolis.
