Shivangi S has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Shivangi started their career as a Case Processing Analyst at World Wide Immigration Consultancy Service Limited (WWICS) in 2010, where they were responsible for analyzing and processing immigration cases and communicating with clients regarding requirements. From 2012 to 2014, Shivangi worked as a Senior Analyst in Finance and Accounts at Competent Synergies, where they handled bookkeeping, customer records, billing, and account reconciliations.

In 2014, Shivangi joined Tata Consultancy Services as a Process Analyst, specializing in Hedge Funds. In this role, they performed reconciliations, analyzed portfolios, and calculated net asset values for hedge fund clients. Shivangi also reconciled trades and positions using various software systems.

From 2015 to 2017, Shivangi worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Technology Services Officer. Here, they resolved incidents and service tickets, communicated with internal and external service personnel, and ensured accurate documentation of information in the call management system.

Shivangi's next role was at People's Choice Credit Union, where they worked as a Test Analyst from 2017 to 2022. Shivangi S began their education in 2004 at MCM DAV College For Women in India, where they completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree in the field of Business/Commerce, General. Shivangi attended this college until 2007.

Subsequently, they pursued further education at Punjab Technical University from 2007 to 2009 and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations.
