Angel Anel Juarez possesses extensive experience in customer experience and success management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Mudafy since June 2020. Responsibilities include establishing a customer-centric culture, designing strategic reports for performance indicators like NPS and CSAT, and implementing programs to address customer concerns. Prior to this role, Angel led a team of 20 as Head of Customer Success and structured customer service processes as Coordinadora del servicio de atenci贸n al cliente. Previous experience includes working as a Lead Customer Service Representative at PPG Industries, focusing on order management and negotiations. Angel holds a degree in International Business from Universidad Aut贸noma de Quer茅taro and has completed diplomas in commercial strategy and business management from Instituto Tecnol贸gico Aut贸nomo de M茅xico and IAE Business School, respectively.
