Franny Istari is an accomplished Learning and Development Specialist at Mud Bay, a position held since July 2006. Prior to this role, Franny worked as a Barista and Baker at Festivities Garden Cafe from 2004 to 2006. This diverse experience in both training and food service has equipped Franny with a unique skill set and valuable insights into team dynamics and customer service.
