Kristen Hatton has extensive experience in sales development roles, with a focus on scaling and managing teams. At Muck Rack, Kristen scaled the SDR team from 18 to 32 members and oversaw multiple aspects of team performance. Prior to that, Kristen successfully scaled a team of 5 to 18 members. Kristen also has experience in sales and account management roles at Autodesk Construction Solutions and BuildingConnected. Kristen attended Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, where Kristen earned a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies.
