Rico Liang is an HR professional with extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and recruitment. Currently serving as the HR Manager for Compensation & Benefits at Mubea since July 2012, Rico collaborates with business teams to ensure effective implementation of HR policies. Prior to Mubea, Rico held the position of Recruiting Supervisor at Foxconn Kunshan from April 2010 to July 2012, where responsibilities included developing recruitment plans. Earlier experience includes working as a Recruiting Specialist at Yechiu Group from July 2007 to April 2010, overseeing all recruitment activities independently. Rico holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern Polytechnical University (2020-2023) and a Bachelor’s degree in Administration Management from Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology (2003-2007).
