Faisal AlSuwaidi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and learning development across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Management at Mubadala Energy since August 2023, Faisal previously held key roles including Learning & Development Manager at Abu Dhabi Pensions Fund and Learning & Development Department Manager at ADNOC Distribution. With a proven track record of training over 2000 participants, designing training programs, and coordinating with training providers, Faisal has also been involved in community service initiatives and international recruitment campaigns. Educational qualifications include a Global Professional Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Portsmouth, a Master's in Strategic Leadership from Abu Dhabi University, and a Bachelor's in Business Administration (Human Resources) from Higher Colleges of Technology, among other credentials in learning and development.
