Todd Wandtke is an experienced leader in customer success and digital marketing, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success in the Founder's Office at Mu Sigma Inc. since October 2021, focusing on decision supply chains and addressing the challenges of digital transformation and big data. Prior to this role, Todd spent over 26 years at UPS, where various positions included Vice President of Digital Marketing, Vice President of Global Ecommerce Strategy, and Vice President of Central Region, all of which involved launching innovative marketing strategies, developing eCommerce capabilities, and promoting customer-centric initiatives. Todd holds an MBA from Clemson University, a BS in Finance from Miami University, and a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University.
