Petra Palmu serves as a Customer Care Specialist at MTV Oy since January 2021. Previous experience includes a Marketing Trainee position at VIMMA Company Oy, a Content Creator role at OHMYGOODNESS, and various positions in sales and entrepreneurship at Kokokoto Oy, Kahvila Myllytupa, Nanso Group Inc., and Kasvun Roihu. Petra has developed skills in social media content creation, marketing, customer relations, and event production. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Communication and Marketing Management at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, Petra holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Tiimiakatemia and a Vocational Qualification in Social and Health Care from Jyväskylän ammattiopisto. Further education is planned at FHWien der WKW for September 2024 to January 2025.
