Dmitriy Fedorchenko is a senior technical specialist at Межрегиональный ТранзитТелеком, with extensive experience in IP (SIP) billing systems, OSS/BSS, Oracle DBA, and soft switching technologies. Previous roles include Director of IT at Международная клиника MEDEM, Director of Technical Operations at Классик Транзит Телеком, and Manager of Business Development at ЗАО "КомСвязь." Dmitriy also owned ООО "ЭлектроИнструмент," and served as Operations Director at ООО "КЕНТАВР," as well as in various technical leadership positions at ЗАО "ЛАНК Телеком" and ЗАО "Телеком Дизайн."
