Alan Binks currently serves as a Procurement Advisor at MTS Health Limited since March 2023. Prior to this, Alan was the Head of Procurement at NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership from September 2016 to April 2022, overseeing procurement initiatives for Hywel Dda University Health Board. Alan's experience includes the role of Strategic Head of Procurement at Croydon NHS from March 2014 to September 2016, and earlier, the position of Head of Procurement at East Sussex Healthcare Trust from 1997 to 2014.
