Pooja Arya is currently the Head of Marketing at MTS Markets since December 2014. Prior to this role, she was the Office Manager and Marketing at SuperDerivatives from October 2005 to December 2014. In the earlier stages of her career, she worked as a Call Centre Manager at Hays from May 1999 to August 2005, overseeing four teams in a performance-driven call centre setting. Pooja also completed a Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson in October 2019.
