Winkie Su is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Assistant HR Transformation Manager at MTR Corporation Limited since September 2019, with prior roles including Senior HR Transformation Executive and HR Transformation Officer. Before this, Winkie worked at Telstra from September 2016 to September 2019, where roles included Transformation & People Consulting Specialist and International Human Resources Graduate with rotating positions in Global Diversity and Inclusion, Country Human Resources, and International Employment Relations. Earlier in the career, Winkie was a Recruitment Consultant and Program Consultant at Premium Graduate Placements from August 2015 to June 2016. Winkie holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from UNSW (2015-2016) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences/International Business from UNSW (2012-2014).
