M F Leung is currently an E&M Engineering Manager at MTR Corporation Limited since June 2022 and serves as a part-time lecturer at multiple institutions, including the University of the West of England, HKU SPACE, and the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education. With extensive experience in engineering, M F Leung held senior managerial roles at Kum Shing Group and served as a project manager at Schneider Electric. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Integrated Project Delivery from The University of Hong Kong, as well as various degrees in Building Services Engineering, Project Management, and other related fields from prestigious institutions such as MIT and ETH Zürich. M F Leung is also a committee member of the Railway and Transport Section of the Institution of Engineering and Technology in Hong Kong.
