Anna B. is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as a Global HR Development Specialist at BENTELER Group since July 2013, where previous roles include Regional HR Business Partner for Central Europe and Project Manager for HR IT Projects & Services. Additionally, Anna has been involved with MTP - Marketing zwischen Theorie und Praxis e.V. as a trainer in self- and time management, negotiation, and leadership skills, holding the position of National Head of Human Resources. Anna also contributed to academia as a lecturer in Consulting Skills, Leadership, and HR at Hochschule Hamm-Lippstadt from September 2019 to August 2021. Earlier experiences include working as an Au Pair for Cultural Care Au Pair.
