Ali Mashhadi is a highly experienced program manager with a strong background in business enablement and telecommunications. Since November 2012, Ali has held various program management roles at MTN Irancell, including positions in BSS and telco, media and entertainment, and has also contributed as a volunteer for big data programming in data lakes. Prior to this, from November 2008 to November 2011, Ali served as a risk and project planning specialist and contract coordinator at the same company. Early career experience includes a role as an R&D researcher and developer at خوارزم ارتباط خاورمیانه from November 2007 to November 2008. Ali holds degrees in Electronic Engineering and Control, as well as an EMBA in telecommunications, from Iran University of Science and Technology. Credentials include PMP, PBA, PSM, and PSPO certifications.
