Thabiso Mashoko Msimanga possesses extensive experience in customer experience strategy and business operations, currently serving as the General Manager Customer Experience Strategy & Design at MTN since November 2015. Prior roles at MTN include Head of Business Operations and various managerial positions within the CEO's and COO's offices. Thabiso began a career in finance as a Business Finance Intern at Dell Technologies earlier in 2015. Academically, Thabiso holds a Master of Commerce degree in Financial Management Sciences from the University of Pretoria and both a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Economics and Management from Rhodes University.
