Dr. Mostafa Reda Rashed has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Dr. Mostafa began their professional journey in 2012 as a Teaching Assistant at MTI University, where they were responsible for assisting professors with lecture materials, curriculum, and lab work, as well as supervising undergraduate projects. In 2013, Dr. Rashed worked as a Mechanical Technical Office Engineer at Toledo KSA for Construction, Contracting & Trading Company, where they prepared shop drawings, bill of quantities, and reviewed calculations. Later that year, they became a Mechanical Site Engineer at the same company, performing various site-related tasks. In 2015, Dr. Rashed transitioned to MTI University as an Assistant Lecturer, continuing their role of assisting professors and students while also supervising undergraduate projects. In 2020, they joined Future University in Egypt as an Assistant Professor, and simultaneously held the same position at MTI University. Overall, Dr. Mostafa Reda Rashed has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience in academia and engineering roles.

Dr. Mostafa Reda Rashed completed their education in the field of Mechanical Engineering. Dr. Mostafa earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Cairo University in 2011. Dr. Mostafa further pursued their studies and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree from Cairo University in 2015. Dr. Rashed continued their educational journey by obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Benha University, completing their studies in 2019.
