Van Ngo has a diverse work experience in quality assurance and project management. They started their career in 2012 as a Quality Control professional at LogiGear Corporation, where they designed and performed various types of test cases and managed work sub-teams. In 2017, Van Ngo joined Aperia Solutions, Inc. as a QA Engineer, where they authored test scripts, performed testing, and provided feedback on products. Currently, Van Ngo is working as a Scrum Master at MTI Technology, focusing on Agile project management. They hold certifications in PMP, PMI-ACP, PAL I, PSPO II, and PSM II.

Van Ngo received a Postgraduate Degree with Honors in Business/Data Analytics from Seneca College, which was obtained from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, Van Ngo completed a Post-Graduate degree in Information Technology Project Management with Honors at Seneca College from 2018 to 2019. Additionally, Van Ngo has obtained several certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in February 2023. Other certifications include the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute in July 2021, the Professional Scrum Product Owner II (PSPO II) from Scrum.org in July 2022, the Professional Agile Leadership (PAL I) certification from Scrum.org in April 2022, the Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) certification from Scrum.org in January 2022, the SAS Certified Professional: Advanced Programming Using SAS 9.4 from SAS in May 2020, and the Tableau Desktop Specialist certification from Tableau Software in March 2020.
