Logan Schmaling is a skilled Product Development Engineer at MTI since July 2022, specializing in new product development and possessing expertise in 3D resin printing, soldering, powder coating, and CT scanning. Previously, Logan served as a Manufacturing Engineer at both MTI and Durex Industries, honing proficiency in process routing development, custom tooling design, and SolidWorks, with experience in hot-presses, TIG welding, injection molding, and brazing. Logan began a career at A & E Incorporated, focusing on AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and SolidEdge, and engaging in stamping dies and tooling design and modifications. Logan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology Management with a minor in Construction Safety Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, completed in 2018.
