Amar Radia is the Founder & CEO of MTHK, a B Corp that provides clinically proven eye drops, sprays, and vitamins. Amar co-founded the company with professors and Ophthalmic Surgeons at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London in January 2020. Amar is also a Non-Executive Director at Purezza since April 2023. Amar serves as a Strategic Advisor at PLANERA since August 2021. Amar is a Member of YPO since March 2014 and a Trustee at Kidney Care UK since April 2020.

In addition to their current roles, Amar previously co-founded Nolii in January 2018, a company that believes in a world made better by design and creates a modular ecosystem of patented technology products. Amar co-founded Dishoom in January 2007 and served as a Co-Founder until August 2017. Similarly, they co-founded Kite Eyewear in January 2016, where they served as a Co-Founder until March 2017. Amar was also a Co-Founder at Telenomics, an O2 retail partner, from April 2007 to February 2017. Amar has been a Business Mentor at Wayra from July 2013 to July 2016.

Amar Radia pursued their education at various institutions and achieved different degrees in different fields of study. Amar attended Hillcrest from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained A Levels in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Cambridge in 1991 and completed an Undergraduate and Masters program in Mathematics from 1991 to 1994. Afterward, Amar trained with Ernst & Young (EY) and obtained a Chartered Accountant degree from the ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales) between 1994 and 1997. Lastly, they attended the Harvard Business School from 2012 to 2014, where they pursued the OPM 45 program, though no specific field of study is mentioned.
