Cuong Nguyen began their work experience in 2018 as a Civil Engineer at Transport Engineering Design Joint Stock Incorporated South (TEDI South). Cuong then transitioned to the role of Junior Civil Engineer at Transportation Design Consultant, Invesment and Construction Joint Stock Company Ba Ria - Vung Tau in 2020. Currently, they hold the position of BIM Engineer (Infrastructure) at MT Højgaard Danmark, where they started in October 2021. Cuong has also taken on the responsibility of Project Lead since November 2023.

Cuong Nguyen's education history begins in 2014 when they enrolled at UTH - University of Transport Ho Chi Minh City. Cuong pursued a degree in Bridge and Road Construction and completed it in 2019. Following this, they furthered their education by enrolling at HTWK Leipzig in 2019. Cuong pursued a Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering, which they completed in 2021.
