Alex McLaughlin is an experienced professional in sales strategy and management, currently serving as a Sales Strategy Analyst at Viasat Broadcasting since January 2009. In this role, Alex assists and advises sales teams across all Viasat Free TV channels in Europe and Africa to maximize revenue and promote efficient inventory use. Prior experience includes serving as the Station Management Group Head at ITV from 2002 to December 2008, where Alex forecasted future revenues for ITV channels and managed pricing strategies for new business. Alex began at ITV in various roles, including Planning and Research Executive, Sales Executive, and Sales Assistant from 2000 to 2001. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics and Politics from the University of Bradford, earned between 1997 and 1999, and has educational roots at St Edmunds College.
