Nil Vallve has extensive experience in product innovation, development, and management. Nil served as the Product Innovation & Development Vice President at Metalogenia S.A. from 2012 onwards. Prior to that, they worked at MTG Corporation from 2001 to 2011, holding various roles such as GM, Sales - North & Central America, Business Development Manager - Americas, and Operations Manager. Their responsibilities included managing sales, marketing, product support, logistics, and inside sales activities. Nil also played a key role in defining marketing and sales strategies, negotiating agreements with OEMs, and overseeing distribution channels. Before joining MTG Corporation, Vallve worked at Metalogenia SA from 1997 to 2001 as an R&D Product Engineer and Product Manager, where they were involved in product development, brand creation, and improving existing products through reliability testing.
Nil Vallve completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University from 2006 to 2008. In 1999 and 2000, they also earned a Certificate in Marketing from Institut Català de Tecnologia. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1997, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. Nil Vallve is currently pursuing an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from MIT Sloan School of Management, with an expected completion in 2021.
