Dylan Cira is currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager for Western Ohio at MTech, a position held since September 2024. Prior experience includes working as a Field Sales Assistant Intern at MTech from May 2018 to September 2023, where responsibilities involved supporting Regional Sales Managers and presenting equipment to customers. Dylan also possesses experience as a Truck Detailer, focusing on the maintenance and aesthetic enhancement of high-value sewer trucks. In addition to work experience, Dylan was a member of the Undergraduate Advisory Committee for Sigma Alpha Mu Fraternity from August 2022 to August 2023, providing feedback and serving as a liaison. Dylan participated in the Miami PRIME program, a four-week intensive summer business course, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Miami University, completed in May 2024.
