Ernest Hatfield, CSM, currently serves as a Scrum Master at MTech Systems since January 2023. Prior to this role, Hatfield was a Senior Scrum Master specializing in Scaled Agile Program Management at OfficeSpace Software, where assistance was provided for the agile transformation of four internationally distributed teams from December 2020 to October 2022. At NCR Corporation, Hatfield held various positions, including Scrum Master, Project Manager, and Senior IT Analyst, contributing to award-winning software teams supporting the MyNCR customer portal from October 2016 to December 2020. Experience also includes roles at Core Security as a Documentation Specialist and Certified ScrumMaster® and in multiple capacities at Endeavor Telecom, where responsibilities ranged from Solutions Design Engineer to Director of Customer Care. Hatfield holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Wake Forest University.
