Willemijn Hendrikx has extensive experience in HR and organizational advisory roles within the healthcare sector. Currently, Willemijn serves as an HR Advisor at MTA Group since July 2022. Prior to this, Willemijn held multiple management positions at Elkerliek ziekenhuis from April 2014 to April 2022, including Afdelingsmanager Opname & Planning and Afdelingsmanager Centrum voor Geboorte & Gezin, along with responsibilities as project leader for the realization of the CvGG until 2017. Willemijn's career began at Vreelandgroep Organisatieadviseurs as an Organisatieadviseur from June 2010 to March 2014, focusing on healthcare consultancy in various areas. Earlier experience includes a Junior trainee role at Elkerliek ziekenhuis from February 2009 to January 2010, which was part of the Extended Master in Organisation Studies. Willemijn holds an Extended Master in Organisation Studies from Universiteit van Tilburg and a Bachelor in Organisatiewetenschappen from Tilburg University, following foundational education in Economie en maatschappij at Varendonck College.
