Tristan Laundon is a skilled Product Development Food Scientist at Mt. Olive Pickle Company Inc. since June 2016, with a strong background in food science. Previously, Tristan served as an Entrepreneurial Program Assistant at North Carolina State University from January 2008 to June 2016, where responsibilities included testing food products and providing nutritional facts labels for local food entrepreneurs. Earlier experience includes internships at leading companies such as Frito Lay, NESTLE, and Kraft Foods. Tristan holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from North Carolina State University, obtained between 2000 and 2008.
