Dana Macias currently serves as a Prep Cook at The Goat, starting in February 2023, where responsibilities include assisting the back of house with the preparation of sauces and learning various kitchen techniques. From December 2021 to the present, Dana has been a Shift Lead at Mt. Juliet Police Department, overseeing overnight operations and contributing to dispatcher training. Prior experience includes roles as a Communications Specialist at Murfreesboro Police Department and Vermont State Police, and a police communications operator IV at Texas Department of Public Safety. Additionally, Dana worked as a Copy & Print Specialist at Office Depot from November 2013 to December 2015, focusing on customer assistance with various document-related services. Dana is currently pursuing culinary education at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, having previously earned an Associate of Applied Sciences degree from El Paso Community College.
