Robbie Cape is the current CEO and Co-founder of Mt. Joy, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Chairman of Chomp from October 2021. Robbie Cape's previous experience includes being the CEO and Co-founder of 98point6 Inc. from June 2015 to August 2021. Robbie also served as the CEO and Co-founder of Cozi Group Inc. from March 2005 to May 2015. Robbie Cape started their career at Microsoft Corporation, where they held various roles including Product Unit Manager / General Manager from May 1999 to February 2005 and Program Manager from August 1993 to September 1999.

Robbie Cape obtained their Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Management Systems from Princeton University, attending from 1988 to 1993.
