Justin D. Poser has extensive experience in the banking and financial services industry, currently serving as Executive Vice President, Enterprise Customer Contact and Chief Marketing Officer of M&T Bank and Wilmington Trust Business Lines since July 2005. Poser has held various leadership roles at M&T Bank, including oversight of Commercial, Wealth, MTS, Institutional, and Content Marketing, as well as Wealth Management and Segment Marketing. Prior to M&T Bank, Poser worked as a European Futures Trader at Crabel Capital and completed a Summer Associate position focusing on Customer Insights at M&T Bank. Justin D. Poser holds an MBA in Marketing from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a BBA in Finance, Economics, and MIS from Lubar College of Business.
