Bastian Poser is an experienced Technical Sales Manager specializing in Additive Manufacturing, currently working at MT Aerospace AG since February 2022, after a similar role at Pankl Racing Systems from October 2019 to February 2022. At Pankl, Bastian managed technical sales of SLM components for the motorsport and industrial sectors, developing a global customer network and collaborating with executives to optimize processes. Bastian's expertise includes research and development in additive manufacturing, metallurgical processes, and project execution. Bastian has also contributed to the Formula Student Germany initiative with Team Starcraft e.V. and gained relevant experience at Porsche AG and AUDI AG. Bastian holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universität Ilmenau, along with certification as an International Welding Engineer from SLV Halle GmbH.
