Elena Terzi is an experienced account manager with a focus on program implementation and relationship management at MSTS Tolls since September 2017. In this role, Elena leads proposal development, contract negotiation, and business issue preparation for territory expansions while maintaining a deep understanding of clients' competitive landscapes. Previously, Elena served as a customer support representative, managing client launches and after-sales processes. With a strong background in sales planning and analysis from Moldtelecom, where sales strategies for multiple shops were developed, and earlier roles in product supply and sales assistance, Elena combines expertise in financial and banking administration, holding both a Master's and Bachelor's degree from Academia de Studii Economice din Moldova.
