Nicole Papps, CHRL, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at MSSC, a position held since December 2012, where previous roles included Corporate Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Specialist. In addition to this role, Nicole has been the Chair of the HRPA Chatham-Kent Chapter since June 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Executive HR Advisor at West Elgin Community Health Centre from January 2011 to December 2012, HR Officer at Canadian Mental Health Association from May 2009 to January 2011, and Human Resource Advisor at MAHLE Filter Systems from June 1997 to May 2009, as well as HR Advisor at Siemens VDO during the same period.
