Lakshmi Y has work experience in the field of Human Resources. Lakshmi started their career at AVTAR Group in 2015 as an Associate Consultant and worked there until 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at Hexaware Technologies as an HR-Talent Acquisition professional. In 2019, Lakshmi joined Absika Solutions Private Limited as a Team lead - HR and worked there until 2021. Currently, they are working as a Human Resources Executive at MSRcosmos LLC since April 2021.

Lakshmi Y pursued their education from 2007 to 2009 at PNC&KR College, where they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science.
