Jamison West is a seasoned entrepreneur and business strategist with extensive experience in the managed services industry. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at both MSP+OS and TimeZest, Jamison has a proven track record in developing innovative solutions for scheduling and talent acquisition. As an Industry Advisor for MSP Talent and a member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization, Jamison actively contributes to enhancing the MSP landscape. Previous roles include Strategic Coach at ConnectStrat and leadership positions at SmileBack and Teamatics. Jamison founded Arterian, successfully transitioned it into a Managed Service Provider, and received recognition as Microsoft's NW Partner of the Year. Jamison holds a BA in Business Administration, focusing on Human Resources and Marketing, from the UW Foster School of Business.
