Mohamed AL-Assaal has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as the Executive Manager at The Egyptian Company for Garments, where they were responsible for leadership and direct participation, as well as management and planning. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as the Co-Founder of MSPIRED and a Business Development Consultant for Marco Lorie. In 2018, they were a Business Analyst for Gameking Estonia, a Business Consultant for EL Shawa Retail Group, and a Business Development Consultant for 2S HomeWear. In 2019, they were a Business Consultant for Maxim Investment Group (MIG), and in 2021 they were a Marketing Consultant for Union Estates - EG. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer of Mohamed Al Assaal.

Mohamed AL-Assaal obtained their Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from Misr University for Science and Technology between 2007 and 2011. In 2012, they obtained a Marketing Professional certification from AUC. In 2014, they obtained a Mini MBA certification from Misr Academy and a Project Management Professional certification from NGC Academy.
