Nikita Posokhov worked as a C# Developer at MSP360 starting in September 2019. Prior to that, they were an Engineer-Programmer at Ленморниипроект, ОАО from December 2017 to September 2019. At Ленморниипроект, ОАО, Nikita was involved in developing a system for working with geological data using C#, WPF, and MVVM.

Nikita Posokhov attended Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained a degree in "Диплом специалиста по инженерной специальности" with a field of study in "Котло и реакторостроение". Nikita then went on to pursue a master's degree in "Проектирование и разработка информационных систем" at the same university from 2015 to 2017.
