Maíra Lucena is the operational manager at MSolutions. Maíra has also worked as a researcher at MAGMATTEC Tecnologia em Materiais Magnéticos, where they developed and implemented the production process of high permeability nanocrystalline magnetic cores. Maíra also integrated the research team on high magnetostriction Fe-Ga alloys at Magmattec.

Before that, Lucena worked as a trainee at Gerdau S.A., where they were responsible for product quality in the construction civil line. Maíra developed a Six Sigma project as a Green Belt to reduce the cost of steel for construction, focusing on reducing the consumption of alloys.

Lucena has also worked as a student researcher at LACOR - UFRGS, where they researched corrosion and materials protection, conversion coatings, and novel and environmentally friendly coatings.

Maíra Lucena has a Master of Engineering (MEng) from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul in the field of Programa de Pós Graduação em Engenharia de Minas, Metalúrgica e Materiais. Maíra also has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) from UFRGS in Materials Engineering. In addition, they are an Especialista em Docência no Ensino Superior from Senac São Paulo in Pedagogia - Ensino Superior. Maíra also attended Colégio Stella Maris.

Their manager is Karen Salim, CPO. They work with Jhenyfer Santos - Comercial Manager, OPEN POSITION - Lead/Onboarding Manager. OPEN POSITION - Support Manager, OPEN POSITION - VIP Support Manager report to Maíra Lucena.
