Rajan Bhatia, FCA, is an experienced finance professional with over 20 years of expertise in CFO roles and responsibilities, specializing in managing IPOs and public listings on the Stock Exchange of India. Currently serving as Managing Director at Unicorn Equicorp Private Limited since October 2011, Rajan has successfully facilitated numerous IPOs that achieved oversubscription rates exceeding 500%. In addition, Rajan is the Managing Partner at Rajan Bhatia & Company, Chartered Accountants, providing advisory services for IPOs and SME IPOs. Prior experience includes serving as Financial Controller at The Oberoi Group and Manager-Budget and Finance at the World Health Organization. Rajan holds a CA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a BCOM (Hons) from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
