Sisi Yee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and business development across various reputable organizations. Currently serving as AVP for both Human Resources and Business Development & Digitalisation at MSIG Asia since August 2016, Sisi has also held senior managerial roles in business development and planning. Prior to MSIG Asia, Sisi worked at Great Eastern Life from January 2011 to July 2016, contributing as Section Head of Customer Service and Manager of Operations Division - Planning & Reporting. Sisi's career began at UOB Life Assurance, where from May 2000 to December 2010, Sisi led key initiatives in policy services and claims, particularly during the transition following UOB Life's acquisition by Prudential. Sisi holds an ACII from the Chartered Insurance Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, alongside foundational education at Hwa Chong Institution and Nanyang Girls' High School.
