David Jaramillo has extensive work experience, with a focus on operations and customer care. From September 2019, they have served as the Director of Operations and Customer Care at MSIA. In addition, they previously held the position of Products and Service Department Manager at MSIA since December 2010. Prior to their work at MSIA, they co-owned Bradshaw Design Group from February 2006 to March 2009.

David Jaramillo earned a Master's degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Public Accountant from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Cali between 1987 and 1993, majoring in Accounting.
