Marcin Dusza is a highly experienced Lead UX Designer with a robust background in user experience design, spanning over a decade with various leading organizations. Currently at mServices since April 2020, Marcin leads a UX team and specializes in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for complex applications across sectors such as finance, insurance, and healthcare. With ownership of Free Flow Research, Marcin has collaborated with high-profile clients including First Data, BNP Paribas, and Bayer, among others. Previous roles include Senior Product Designer at ArisGlobal, Senior UX Designer at First Data Corporation, and IA and Research Senior Specialist at Artegence. Marcin's academic foundation includes a Master’s degree in Social Psychology of Computer Science and Communication from the Warsaw School of Social Sciences and Humanities.
