Verena Bergmeister (vorm. Dischler) currently serves as Executive Director HR for the DACH Cluster at MSD Deutschland, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Verena held multiple senior human resources positions at MSD from February 2018 to December 2023, including Executive Director for Germany and Austria, along with HR Country Lead for Austria. Verena's extensive experience in HR includes roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb as HR Manager for Austria and various positions at Novartis Pharma GmbH, where responsibilities encompassed HR Business Partner and Talent Management. Early career experiences include internships at Mercedes Benz Thailand Ltd. and Porsche Consulting GmbH, along with administrative roles at ZF Friedrichshafen AG.
